Grey's Anatomy is an Emmy, SAG, and Golden Globe award-winning American primetime television medical drama. The story revolves around Dr. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), a surgical intern at the fictional Seattle Grace Hospital in Seattle, Washington. The show features an ensemble cast, though Meredith is featured as the central character, providing voice-over narration at the beginning and end of most episodes. The title of the show is a reference to the famous anatomy textbook, Gray's Anatomy.

Derek works with Meredith on being a couple again and tries work with Addison on more civil terms. A patient has had mutiple plastic surgeries so that his girlfriend will like him more. A mom wants her daughter's babysitter fired, after she is brought in with multiple injuries, but the girl likes the babysitter more than her mother.
